AhlulBayt News Agency - About 27,000 Palestinian children have been either killed, wounded or arrested since 2000, according to a Palestinian official report.
The report, which was released by the information ministry on Monday, stated that the Israeli military and security forces have killed 2,070 children and wounded more than 13,000 others since September 28, 2000, when al-Aqsa intifada (uprising) started.
Additionally, Over 12,000 children have been exposed to detention since then; however, there are still 480 children being held in Israeli jails.
95 percent of those children experienced some sort of maltreatment and physical violence during their detention or interrogation by Israeli military or security individuals, the report noted.
